One of the greatest joys is working with amazing and hardworking clients who want to meet and exceed their fitness goals. I am honored to be part of your fitness journey and using my experience to guide you along the way. Here are a few of the questions we get most often to help get you started.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Currently Payments can be made via Cash, Online Bank transfers, Paypal or Zelle (US).
There are no refunds if you decide to cancel your coaching service or package. This will only be done if services cannot be delivered on our end for any reason.
Expect a call or message within 24-48 hours after to schedule the formal consultation at your convenience. Nothing else is required, and it can be expected to take about 30 minutes.
This is so I can clearly define your goals and understand your reasoning for requesting coaching. This will also determine if we will be a good fit working together. Everything we discuss will be used to help me create the best plan for you.
Once the initial consult is completed and payments are confirmed, programmes and plans are sent out within 48-72 hours after.
Coaching is team work that goes both ways. Although I can develop the best plan for you, you have to be willing to execute this on your own.
