My name is Varoon Seepersad. I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Women’s Fitness Specialist and a Performance Nutrition Coach L2 in Trinidad & Tobago. In addition to coaching, I am also a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter. I am focused on giving the best coaching experience possible to help you achieve your goals.

I am extremely passionate about helping others along their fitness journey and creating content to effectively guide others. I possess an eagerness when it comes to learning and expanding my knowledge, which led to my qualifications in becoming a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Women’s Fitness Specialist and a Performance Nutrition Coach L2 from Clean Health Fitness Institute.
